Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, has been awarded a £414 million contract by Bord Gais Networks in the Republic of Ireland in a joint venture with CLG Developments Ltd (CLG).
The nine-year contract is for the installation and maintenance of vital gas transmission and distribution networks across Ireland, including the delivery of new construction, emergency response and planned maintenance services. Work will commence early in the New Year.

“CLG has a proven track record of creating essential utility infrastructure in Ireland this country and we look forward to working with them to deliver gas networks for the people of this country.”
