We set the bar very high and it is the responsibility of everyone who works for us, in whatever capacity, to help us achieve our goal of ‘Zero Harm’. While many of the environments in which we operate are potentially high-risk, this does not mean that they cannot be safe.
We are focused on six key elements of safety: our people, plant equipment, products, processes, places we work and the public. This is a truly comprehensive approach because it covers everyone who works for us, directly or indirectly, everything we use, everything we do, everywhere we work and everyone we may affect.
All our employees have been briefed on Zero Harm and given the essential training they need to ensure full understanding of how to be safe and keep others safe. Safety is a key driver for all our innovations, both technical and process orientated, and has established a strong culture of safety within our business.
