Being a corporate member of the Institute of Customer Service is a clear indication of our commitment to customer service - we provide an ICS training programme for employees to ensure exceptional service is delivered across the business.

The BBUS Customer Service Managers have the responsibility for selling the benefits of customer service across our business, promoting our service offering with a view to breaking down barriers and creating a positive culture.
Following the successful introduction of the Customer Liaison Officer roles across the UK during 2008, service levels have significantly improved against the previous year, with a reduction in customer contacts by 20% and a reduction in repeat customer contact by 50%.
