Brake Charity Road Safety Award June 2008
With 'Safety First' being a core value of its business, Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions is delighted to have won a Road Safety in the Community Award from Brake, the national road safety charity.
Invention and Innovation Award May 2008
Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions (BBUS) is delighted to have been honoured at the recent annual Highway Authorities and Utilities Committee Conference in Cardiff, receiving an award for its significant contribution to the industry for Product Invention and Innovation.
Innovation Award October 2007
We were proud to be the winner of the Innovation category at the South West Water Supplier Awards in October 2007.
Service Partner Award September 2007
Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions were awarded two awards at the Yorkshire Water Service Partner Awards.

RoSPA Gold Awards
In 2007, we received seven Gold awards from the Royal Society for the Preventions of Accidents (RoSPA) for Occupational Safety during 2007. This was a result of increased investment in safety behavioural training across our teams working in Electricity Distribution Services.
