New Director of People and Organisational Development at Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions

Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions, one of the UK’s leading utility solutions providers, has announced the appointment of Bob Marsden as the company’s new Director of People and Organisational Development.

Bob and his team will be responsible for developing a strategy to help plan and deliver the people, resources, systems and processes vital to the success of the business. Having worked in operational and people management roles for a number of household brands across the utilities, retail, and financial services sectors, Bob brings a wealth of senior level experience to his new role.

Most recently, Bob has spent time with EDF Energy, adding to his knowledge of the utilities industry and is already familiar with many of Balfour Beatty's clients. At EDF Energy, Bob was a key member of the Executive Team leading the business transformation to a customer requirements driven, brand led service strategy. Bob personally led the change programme to create a Human Resources team with the capabilities to support the transformation of the business.
