BBUS is delighted to be an official partner of the National Customer Service (NCS) Awards in 2009, sponsoring the SOCAP Award for Innovation in Customer Service.
The NCS Awards are the benchmark for excellence within the customer service industry across the UK. Now in its 10th year, the Awards have become a firm fixture on business calendars and are highly regarded across the industry.

To take part in the National Customer Service Awards 2009 you will
need to choose your categories and register to enter by the 26th
May 2009. All entry forms must then be submitted by the entry
deadline of 30th June 2009.
With 24 categories, the National Customer Service Awards caters for all individual, team and organisational dynamics within the industry. The Awards programme will culminate in a glittering Awards Dinner & Ceremony on the 9th December 2009, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane in London.
The SOCAP Award for Innovation in Customer Service, sponsored by BBUS, is open to all organisations, and recognises new ideas and developments within customer service that enable organisations to meet the needs of their customers more effectively, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.
