Description of Works

In order to carry out the remaining water mains replacement works in Ombersley, four way traffic lights will be in operation on the roundabout from 22nd June for approximately 4 weeks. Work will continue along the Droitwich Road to the junction of the A4133.

The next phase of works will commence from approximately the first week of July from the slip road on Main Road, continuing up to the roundabout and continuing from there up to the junction of Woodhall Lane. Where necessary work will be carried out under two way traffic lights.

Completion of Ombersley Roundabout Works

We are pleased to inform you the works on Ombersley roundabout will be completed on Wednesday 8th July, over a week ahead of schedule. Work will now continue along the Droitwich Road to the junction of the A4133 and along Main Road to the junction of Woodhall Lane under two way traffic lights where necessary.

Work Ahead of Schedule

We are pleased to announce that work on Ombersley roundabout is ahead of schedule. Some reinstatement work will take place from Friday 3rd July and we will again be working over the weekend.

Further updates on our schedule will be posted early next week.

Ombersley Roundabout

We are aware there are regular tailbacks as a result of the work on Ombersley roundabout. We would like to reassure you that we are looking at all possible options in order to minimise delays. Work is also taking place at weekends in order to finish this section of work as quickly as possible.

In the meantime we would recommend using an alternative route, where possible, and would like to thank you for your patience and co-operation so far.
